At Matteau, we strive for complete satisfaction with your purchase; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and hygiene seals still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the completed return form inside the parcel.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery labels.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at the nearest authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt to monitor the progress of your return to our warehouse.
